[vorbis-dev] ogg123 imperfections.

Hey,

Since the change to vorbisfile there have been problems using ogg123 on my
system which causes a random static sort of noise about every 15 seconds or so.
I'm not sure if this a problem with vorbisfile, or whether it is with ogg123,
and I'll check as soon as possible. The problem does not occur when using the
xmms plugin with the same audio samples. I've had a look in the ogg123 source,
but haven't been able to see any obvious bugs as of yet.
