[vorbis-dev] Small Solaris build problem + solution

Hi all,

I couldn't get vorbis/lib to build on a Solaris box because of the use of
`u_int32_t' in vorbis/lib/framing.c.  Someone with commit access may want
to consider changing these to the posix `uint32_t'.
