[vorbis-dev] Development resources down all day

Covad suffered a line failure on xiph.org's T1 for all of yesterday and most 
of today (apparently the actual copper wire failed).  The entire domain was 
gone until about 12:30pm today.

Everything is back and should be functioning normally.
