Yes, MSVC is a C++ compiler, and goes handle these fine.  Since it is a
win32 program, I tended to use things win32 programmers would be
familiar with like // comments in places.

Also, don't worry about your formatting and typos.  I'll fix it all when
I apply it.  I always apply by hand anyway.

Thanks for the fixes though :)
