What is the difficult claim? Algorithms about deciding when (not) to
use M/S stereo? The only patent which threatens modern, efficient algorithm
basically patents any algorithm to do it, which is surely not valid, as
there existed quite a lot of prior art, by then (for example, their own
previous patents).
