[vorbis-dev] patents and separate entropy coding

Some 1987 as well. Oldest one I found (from FhG) was applied for in 1986.

What kind of offense do ou imagine? Making something better than
mp3/aac, and throw them off of their pedestal, would surely
offend them, but I think that's not what you mean...
