[vorbis-dev] Bad Write in Beta 3

In the beta 3 of vorbis file you write data off the end of the
OggVorbis_File structure on the ov_open_callbacks call.  The call backs are
being writen past the end of the array.  This may have something to do with
my packing (4 byte) but I think it's just an error in the position of the
write.

Whoever is in charge of this may want to verify that it's not still present.
