[vorbis-dev] Ogg VEO Codec, video in an Ogg stream

What is the feasibility of developing this wavelet-based video codec
concurrently with the Vorbis audio codec so that they can be multiplexed
into an Ogg stream as an alternative to the restrictive MPEG-4?
If there were a few more full-time developers, could this be done before
2001?
