[vorbis-dev] WinAmp Streaming

Thanks for all the info Ralph!

All I'm really interested in right now is simple HTTP streaming for the
plugin. I've got a system streaming MP3s from a web server that I want to
switch to Vorbis but I can't yet because the plugins don't support HTTP
streaming. They will soon. :-)
