[vorbis-dev] bug? or just my incompatince

You need to redirect the output to a file. When the dialog box 
appears asking you to enter a command line, click the "File" radio 
button on the right and select a file to save to. The left-hand 
"File" radio button allows you to select the file you're decoding.
