The trick of course is that ogg is going to be more than multimedia, but
I think audio/x-ogg is a good choice (especially since you're using the
.ogg file extension).  What happens when you have video ogg streams?

This is where "mime type as an attribute of the filesystem", a la BeOS, 
becomes nice. :)

In any event, if you want to make it "official", get IANA to bless 
audio/ogg.
