[vorbis-dev] Bugfix/Workaround for EGCS/libc6

Just in case people got bored with the previous subject header :-)

I've committed the build workaround to CVS (essentially always using 
-D__NO_MATH_INLINES).  The code is now OK, and will build out of the box 
properly.  Don't forget to re-run configure.

At this point, the warning klaxons will cease sounding.
