[vorbis-dev] EGCS broken; tested 2.95 through CVS current

The code will appear to work; thus the insidiousness. (Right now, the bug 
renders the noise masking non-functional).

I'll have a test case in an hour or two, and post it to the list along with 
the bug report to gcc-bugs.  At that point, we can catalogue which compilers 
are broken.
