Thanks.  If Tony doesn't see it today (I'm pretty certain he will), I'll get it
into CVS.

(Note to Tony; once I get this integrated into autoconf with the rest of
Vorbis, use 'sizeXX' for specific word sizes, in this case 'size16' would give
you the equivalent of gshort).
