BTW,

In the code I just sent, it isn't clear that libVorbis is doing its own error
recovery.  In the places where I have a comment like 'bad page/packet,
complain', libvorbis will return an error at the point of the bad data for
informational purposes and the happily carry on.  The decoder need not do
anything about the error (vorbis will recapture and proceed automatically).
