[Tremor] Using tremor with arm-marvell-linux-gnueabi

Hi all,

I am a newbie.
I have svn checked out from http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/Tremor/  and i want
to use it with my arm tool chain "arm-marvell-linux-gnueabi" . which ogg
libraries i have to use ? and how can i use it , and is there any decoder (
like oggdec on vorbis-tools ) which  can decode using this tremor Library ?
