[Tremor] Ogg files with bad pages take a very long time to open - is there a patch available?

Bad files are bad files. For an embedded application, it might make
more sense to be less tolerant of files that are partly destroyed. If
the last 64kB doesn't have a good page in it, give up and go home.
Second, there were significant improvements to seeking behavior in the
reference Vorbisfile library in the most recent releases, and those
fixes would definitely help here. Tremor's ivorbisfile lib is derived
from the reference version, and I'm in the process of backporting
those improvements. They've already been added to the main Tremor
branch and they're partially finished for the lowmem and lowmwm-nobyte
branches.
