[Tremor] help me...

I've noticed that there is a patch to improve performance of Tremor (lowmem branch) (information from http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php?title=Tremor&redirect=no). Unfortunately I cannot access http://www.sandvall.nu/patch <--link dead. Does anyone know where I could download this patch from?

I need ogg for 16-bit dsp(alloca removal & char->16bit)

Please help me.
