[Tremor] Code Composer Studio compiler warning in codebook.c

Hello everyone

I've come up with a compiler warning while compiling tremor (lowmem) for a TI
DSP.  It seems that the function "decode_packed_entry_number" returns a value
of "-1" under some circumstances, but the returning type is an unsigned 32bit
integer, is there any particular reason for this or is this an error?  The value
returned does get assigned to an unsigned variable in the function "decode_map"

Could anybody confirm that this is acceptable (and if so, explain why?) or maybe
provide more insight into what these functions achieve...
