[Tremor] Psedo code for Tremor

Hi All,
 
I'm new to tremor and want to learn how this codec work and in the near future maybe implement it as a uni. project.
I think a good starting point could be going over the pseudo code. Is one existed(Maybe Ogg Vorbis one)  ? If yes, where can I find it ?
If no, where should I start ? I download the code files but got very confuse.
I'll deeply appreciate your kind help.
