[Tremor] Tremor CPU Bandwidth(MHz) Requirements

Hello all
 
Is there any resource available which discusses the Tremor CPU Bandwidth requirements in terms of MHz consumption?
I am particularly interested in  :
 
            1/ ARM based implementations 
            2/ How the bandwidth requirements change with different
               q levels/bitrates of encoding?
            3/ Any industry benchmarks with popular embedded cores.
