[Tremor] Speex question?

I don't know that this is the right forum for speex, but here goes..

If I encode PCM data into speex and then send the encoded speex packets
to 100 different decoders, will the decoded PCM data at each receiver be
*exactly* idential to all other receivers, or will "comfort noise" or
other issues cause each output stream to be slightly different?

Any information will be greatly appreciated!
