[Tremor] reg:building release on windows

[Dhanabal]

The downloaded code works very fine in linux.I tried building the tremor code on VC++ (I had to use another tool - rationale purify which requires this.)
 I am a novice when it comes to VC++. I could not build the code as it returns errors.Are there any change in the code that i would have to do before proceeding to build it?
