[Tremor] Ogg Vorbis file

I have sucessfully decoded the ogg file found at:
http://www.xiph.org/ogg/vorbis/listen/41_30secOgg-q0.ogg
with the sample decoder that comes with Tremor. So it you should be
able to decode that.

I am trying to run the decoder for ogg vorbis by downloading some ogg files. 
but they are being discarded due to bad header info. in _fetch_header function. 
in that function , value of i is 1 only and then break point is reached. 
can anyone help me out. Please some tremor tested ogg files.
