[Tremor] Regarding my project in ogg vorbis development

hi,
   Iam doing a project on Ogg Vorbis audio files in my college . My 
project is to read directly from a .ogg file and play it. Then I have to 
record voice in .ogg format.

Iam finding it difficult to read from an ogg file . Can u please help me 
in this regard.
