[Tremor] Ogg Vorbis on AVR

I don't think any of the AVR's are going to be able to keep up in real
time.  I don't think it will even be close.  You'll have to decode it
into a buffer (eg, CompactFlash or DataFLASH) and then play it back when
you're done.

I thought in the future I might try to implement an Ogg Vorbis decoder
on a standard Atmel AVR.
 
Then I found Tremor existed.
 
So is there anything that would absolutely stop one decoding Ogg Vorbis
on a AVR?
