[tremor] Using old Tremor Software on new tremor lib ?

I tryed to port this C source ( written for the old tremor lib) to the new
 lib ... But my skill is not so good, and trying at several positions, only
 gives me Errors, but no Sound :(

And why is there no Documentation to the new api ?
