Oh, BTW I wrote myself a little tool that compute the difference between two
audio files, sample by sample and create a third file with those
differences.  The tested files might differ slightly, but the difference is
normally totally inaudible.  That's what I use constantly to test the output
of Tremor either against a previous version of Tremor or the output from the
floating point libvorbis.  And trust me, even the smallest mistake in the
code is generating audible delta.

PS: I used the same tool once to compare the actual loss induced by Vorbis
and encoding against MP3 encoding, by extracting the difference between the
source audio and the encoded->decoded outputs. That was really interesting.
