Debugger tracing to the rescue.  I can see what is happening.  I'm getting 33% CPU use decoding the
41*.ogg 30 second sample on my strong arm 200 mhz, full c version, with the unusual indenting but
thankfully no tabs source.  The stdin/stdout exe comes in at 172 KB.
