[tremor] ARM ASM performance gains, EVC vs. GCC

I have an OK understanding of GCC and I have done some usage of GCC ASM in
eVC projects for ARM, but have never gotten any performance improvements,
maybe this one would. The only way I have done it is to take the ASM and
rework it to work in ARMASM, then link the obj file into the project. I
would like to decipher why eVC is picking and chosing the inlines to use
however, for instance right now I just notices it will not inline bitrev12.
