[tremor] Ported to OS/2 using OpenWatcom

I've managed to compile Tremor on OS/2, using the 
OpenWatcom compiler, resulting in one DLL file.

Some small changes were needed in the os_types.h
and misc.h files, but otherwise it was only adding a
makefile and a lnk file.

I don't know where to send the changed sources,
so if somebody is interested, please contact me!
