[tremor] RE Have managed to run Tremor on Symbian OS v7.0

Have figured out the crash, it was a bad bit of code in my port.  Once
I've cleaned up the changes and made it more compatible with the CVS
version I would like to provide it back to the community.  What would be
the best way to do that ?  I am more than willing to maintain this port
and ensure that future updates to Tremor continue to work on Symbian.

Works a treat on the P800, I can playback at 44100khz in stereo with no
breakup's.
