For those interested, I have released the NHW v0.3.0-rc18 new version.<br>

I continue to fine-tune the nhw_kernel weights.This new version seems 
then to have more precision, and so a better visual quality.<br>

Also, some people seem to be testing at extreme compression, I just 
wanted to remind that NHW is only developed for -q9 to -q23 compression
