Hi all,<BR>

I'm new to Theora so please bare with me.<BR>
I worked yesterday to get everything to compile right.<BR>
I compile libtheora-1.0beta3 for Win32 which produces the "libtheora.lib" and "libtheora.dll".<BR>
The documentation however states that these are out of date and one should rather use libtheoraenc and libtheoradec!<BR>
Where do I find these projects?<BR>
