[theora] NHW v0.3.0-rc50 new version

 Hello,

Very quickly, for those interested, I have released the NHW v0.3.0-rc50 new
version, always fine-tuning the nhw_kernel weights.

This new version seems to have a little more precision and so a better
visual quality.
