[theora] NHW v0.3.0-rc42 new version

 Hello,

Very quickly for those interested in NHW, I have released the v0.3.0-rc42
new version, always fine-tuning the nhw_kernel weights for a better
precision.

Yes this is again an incremental slight visual improvement.

NHW is a cool hobby of my freetime, and yes nothing else, hope I am however
not disturbing the mailing list too much...
