[theora] Blender Sintel Encode

The Blender foundation is about to release their latest open movie,
Sintel.  They are releasing in various formats, but having trouble
getting all the encoding settings right.  Thought that some of you
experts would be interested in maybe helping them with the
theora/vorbis encode settings... here is a link to the "call for
