[theora] Libtheora

Hi all,

I'm working on Libtheora in vc++6. I  have successfully built the libtheora,
libogg and libvorbis library files. Now i need to test the encoder and
decoder for timing analysis.
Do i need to write a testbench and then execute??????what are the other
options????????
