Dirac pro does not use any Motion vectors or inter frame prediction. Its 
just a pure wavelet compressor. This can be quite fast in hardware. Also 
there is already hardware that does this.

Red One as i understand use a wavelet codec of their own as well. Don't 
they go up to 4k?
