It's completely wrong. 4 years, 2 months, 7 days and 3 hours from now,
the perfect H.264 and Theora encoders will be invented. It will turn
out that the H.264 encoder will perform exactly 8.47% worse than the
Theora encoder. What's even more interesting, is that this exact
number is calculated for all videos!
