no difference

ffmpeg runs @ 27 fps per second
video is encoded 25 fps

ffmpeg command:
ffmpeg -i "filenaame.mpg" -croptop 8 -cropleft 2 -cropright 2 -s 360x288 -aspect 4:3 -b 300k -ac 2  -acodec libmp3lame -ar 24000 -ab 56k "filename.mpg.avi"
