[theora] Theora player for Nokia Series 60

Alpha 22 is released. If you're not sure which version to choose try the 
ARM11 version first (or look on Forum Nokia to be sure).

Changes:
Fixed a sync issue with some clips. Fixed a crash with some clips.
Lots of internal improvements (the only thing you'll notice though is that 
OgvPlay now exits faster)

For most newer phones (and also some older ones, e.g. Nokia N82, N95).
