[theora] I'm almost very impressed with theora 1.1 beta 3

Here are some example encodings I did with 1.0 vs 1.1:

I used one of our marketing videos for Firefox 3.5 because I had the 
original source in a lossless format and it's pretty typical for the 
kind of video that we would post on the web.  Combination of animation, 
talking head and white background.

In my testing the quality at the same bitrate is higher (look at the 
edges of the letters in the various videos for examples) and the overall 
bitrates for the same quality look much lower.
