[theora] Theora patent question

We've been told that the list is un-maintained - i.e. there is nobody
looking after it. And that a new listing is in development. However,
I've got that answer for more than 2 years now - on and off. We've
even sent a small html excerpt that would just need to be cut and
pasted into that Web page. I've lost motiviation to try and push for
it.
