[theora] Accelerated video output with ffmpeg2theora 0.24

ffmpeg2theora --info tells me that it has 30000 fps thats must be wrong.
from the length of the audio it looks more like it should be 15fps
(gstreamer reports it as 2000:131)
ffmpeg2theora --inputfps 15 original2.mp4
looks more reasonable

whats the source of those videos? they look like they come from phones.

j
