[theora] ffmpeg2theora 0.25 synchronization issues when converting from .mov

I have completed my regression testing: ffmpeg2theora version 0.15  
does not appear to exhibit this problem, although version 0.17 does. I  
could not test version 0.16 because it would report "illegal  
instruction" and die.
