[theora] cloud based theora encoder

Hi theora supporters,

Just want to let you guys know that we've launched a cloud based
encoding web service - Ankoder, that supports Theora ogg.
We've incorporated that latest libtheora 1.1.0 release with
ffmpeg2theora 0.25. We have to thank you for all the hardwork you guys
put in to make this possible. It is a self funded startup at the
moment, I look forward to the day when we have more resource to
contribute to theora as well.
