thank you michael, i wish wiki-video also used ogg but i am waiting for an ogg solution and sequencer seems more than promising!. i knew about sequencer before but couldn't find much info and i just read on wikimedia's website that you are working on it, which is great! when is it planned to be ready and how can i get updated with the developments on sequencer? i am about to distribute a series of art projects on the notion of free culture and sequencer is just what i am looking for. i am very excited, thank you for your work on it and hope it will be ready soon...

Kaltura core video editor is flash / flex based ygou can access the source from the download page:
http://kaltura.org/downloads  It offers end-to-end open source solution for flash video acquisition, editing & publishing.

Kaltura is also involved in an open source collaboration with wikimeida foundation. This editor targets Firefox 3.5 javascript engine is based on canvus, the video tag and a reduced smil feature set. more info here:
