Hi all,

I've cross compiled the Ogg Video Tools for Windows now, so you can join, split, cut, cat, resize, thumbnail, create slideshows etc. under Windows now:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/oggvideotools/

But actually you have to use the command line :-/
