[theora] ffmpeg2theora: Garbled AC3 Audio

Just wanted to follow up with more information that I learned: I  
recorded a different program where the audio was still ac3 but in  
stereo (not 5.1) and the -A 128 -c 2 -H 44100 flags did work correctly.

This was the audio stream, as reported by ffmpeg2theora: Stream  
#0.1[0x80]: Audio: ac3,  48000 Hz,  stereo,  s16,  192 kb/s

So it appears to be an issue with it being 5.1, not with the ac3 audio  
as I originally suspected.
